Job Description :

A. Monthly Closure

• Publish report on Open Pos with remarks and work on the provisioning. Follow up and get the review done by the Lead.
• Extract Trial Balance, compare with previous years, identify Variances, update remarks and get it reviewed by the Lead. Finalize the Expense Schedule
• Take approvals for urgent credit card payments and process accordingly
• Conduct Monthly Vendor Reconciliation.
• Support other departments by providing cost-benefit analysis on various aspects and expenses.
• Oversee preparation and release of Service Entry report within seven working days. Resolve queries.

B. Invoice Booking & Payments

• Generate Purchase Order (PO), seek approvals. Verify invoice with the PO, book the invoice and release payments to the Vendors.
• Resolve issues and queries raised by the vendors and internal teams.
• Follow guidelines defined for GST payments and release as and when appropriate.
• Follow up with the Store managers for the expense vouchers and account for them. Resolve queries by store managers and rectify if necessary.
• Ensure accounting of allocated invoices that are pertaining to showrooms generated via SAP or received in e-mail.
• Collaborate with internal departments to validate invoices, resolve discrepancies, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Manage the payment approval process for general expenses, ensuring adherence to payment schedules and terms negotiated with vendors.

C. People & Stakeholder Management

• Address concerns of the staff and take timely action.
• Manage both internal & external stakeholder relationships
