HR Manager Pharmaceutical Formulations/Nutraceutical Industry

Role & responsibilities .

🔹 HR & Compliance:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the factory, Corporate Office including workforce planning, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Administer Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) processes, ensuring timely contributions, claims, and compliance with government norms.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, Industrial Safety, and Environmental regulations.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and legal matters effectively.

🔹 Workforce Management & Administration:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training for plant and Corporate Office employees to maintain productivity.
• Develop employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
• Implement HR policies and SOPs aligned with Lactonovas goals.
• Ensure proper documentation and HR audits.

🔹 Factory Operations & Employee Relations:

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Drive nitiatives for employee health, safety, and welfare in compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor attendance, shift scheduling, and workforce optimization.

🔹 General Administration & Vendor Management:

• Manage facility maintenance, security, and housekeeping for the factory premises.
• Handle contracts, vendor negotiations, and procurement of administrative supplies.

Preferred candidate profile

Who You Are:

✅ 5-7 years of experience in Pharma/Nutraceutical factory HR & administration.
✅ Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and statutory requirements.
✅ Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
