Front Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining clean and neat ambience at Front Office, making Guests comfortable while waiting at the Front
• Office, ensure no unauthorized person enter the office, prompt transfer of calls to the concerned officers and
• staff in the office.
• Familiarization of Management and Top /Important People
• Handling calls & directing to the concern.
• Walk-In Enquiries and Coordinating with them.
• Coordinating with Internal Office staffs - Courier, Billing &Invoice Redirecting
• Front office Maintenance - Waiting Area Coordination
• Fire Alarm differentiate / Building & Office - Coordination Between Office /Admin
• Front office Two packs &Four packs Coordination
• First Aid & medicine - Sea farers Application form
• Handling Building phone And Security Phone
• Greeting All - Managing Magazines in the waiting Area
• Checking Water dispenser often
• Handling Emergency Situations.
• Checking the flowers in the entrance
• Co ordinating with office housekeeping for guests in serving.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Degree
• 0 - 2 years of experience. 
• Languages known: English & Hindi.
