Lead Consultant - Valuation - IPC/Real Estate Firm (10-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Foster a culture of support and development, conducting regular check-ins and offering mentorship to team members.

- Monitor project timelines and quality, ensuring all contracted deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

- Schedule and conduct meetings to review project progress, gather feedback, and strengthen client relationships.

- Work with senior leaders to create and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

- Oversee financial operations in the Western India region, ensuring timely invoicing and effective management of accounts receivable.

- Identify opportunities for system improvements to enhance client reporting and service quality.

- Coordinate with teams to prepare and submit proposals for new projects, ensuring alignment with client needs.

- Develop and deliver presentations that showcase the company's capabilities, aimed at attracting new clients.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the consulting business internally, increasing visibility and engagement.

- Conduct market research to spot potential areas for growth, leveraging existing relationships and industry insights.

- Assist senior leaders in formulating actionable plans that align with overall company objectives, focusing on sustainable growth.

Education - An advanced degree of MBA is preferred.
