Engagement Manager

As an Engagement Manager, you design and implement transformational industry and functional solutions to drive business value for our clients. You apply deep process, functional, and change skills to help clients navigate shifting market demands, optimize their business, and leverage their talent.

Principal

As a Principal Consultant at Qwixpert, you will be a part of a team of highly skilled and experienced consultants who work with clients to solve complex business problems. You will be responsible for leading and managing consulting engagements and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. In addition, you will contribute to developing new methodologies and tools and participate in business development activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of consulting experience specializing in Supply Chain Domain. Principals should also have experience leading and managing teams, as well as developing and presenting proposals.

Job Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and needs

- Develop project proposals and plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements

- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality deliverables are produced on time and within budget

- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, analysts, and specialists

- Conduct research and analysis to support project work

- Write reports and other project-related documentation

- Present findings and recommendations to clients

- Build and maintain relationships with clients

- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments

- Identify new business opportunities for the firm

- Participate in business development activities, such as proposal writing and presentations

- Manage own workload and contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements:

- MBA from Tier-1 B-School

- For Engagement Manager, 5+ years in a management consulting role with a focus on strategy, manufacturing, and supply chain

- For Principal, 8+ years in a management consulting role with a focus on strategy, manufacturing, and supply chain

- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of consultants

- Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and writing skills

- Rich experience engaging and managing diverse senior stakeholders (Business/functional heads, C-suites) to deliver tangible business outcomes/goals

- Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions.

- Experience with shaping/structuring /sales/selling new deals is a major plus point.

- Deep experience delivering business strategy, blueprinting, process improvements, operating models, business analysis, and platform implementations.

- Excellent communicator, able to speak both business, and technology lingo comfortably

- Must have deep experience managing and leading teams to execute project implementations across various project types, for example, business strategy, blueprinting, process improvements, operating model, business analysis, and platform implementations.

- Demonstrated strong project management in navigating complex projects/delivery environments, managing medium-sized teams/direct reports
