Job Title : Account Director

Location : Gurgaon

Role Overview :

- Develop business by identifying opportunities/clients

- Build and maintain client relations - be the interface for one's client/s

- Deliver work in time and of quality standards set by company and the client

- Need to act as trusted partner for the client

- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with disparate sets of information and ability to draw accurate causal linkages

- Ability to demonstrate category /vertical understanding and make relevant recommendations to the client

Role Requirements & Capabilities :

- Engineer and Post graduate with at least 8-10 years' experience in market research esp. in technology/B2B/industrial research

- Strong client focus and pro activeness. Good grasping skills, good project management skills.

- Good presentation and facilitation skills

- Lead a team of Researchers to service clients

- Draw plans for development of individual team members, train and mentor the team

- Motivate and guide support functions like field /analysis
