PPC Lead

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven PPC lead , with a strong focus on LinkedIn campaigns and B2B strategies, preferably with agency experience. As PPC Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across various digital platforms, primarily focusing on LinkedIn, to drive qualified leads and increase brand awareness. You should be well-versed in the principles of search engine marketing (SEM) and have a deep understanding of BB marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Implementation: Participate in forming effective paid search strategies. Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns. Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels.

• LinkedIn Expertise: Develop and manage LinkedIn-specific PPC campaigns to target business professionals and decision-makers.

• B2B Focus: Implement B2B marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and conversions.

• Agency Experience (Preferred): Leverage prior agency experience to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns effectively.

• Platform Management: Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing).

• Keyword & Audience Targeting: Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting. Suggest large keyword lists as per the business goals and target audience.

• Budget Management: Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues. Produce reports for management (e.g., dashboards). Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports to identify improvement areas.

• Ad Copywriting: Write attractive and concise copy for adverts. Plan catchy creative and graphical ad designs to attract.

• Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Strong expertise in managing LinkedIn PPC campaigns.
• Experience working with B2B clients and implementing B2B marketing strategies.
• Prior experience in an agency setting is highly preferred.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g., AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo) is preferred.
• Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, etc.).
• Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical thinking with strong math skills.
• The ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies.
