Performance Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored for B2B audiences.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals for all marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Ensure alignment of campaigns with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
• Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
• Monitor spending to ensure campaigns adhere to budgetary constraints.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Conduct audience research to tailor messaging for different segments effectively.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelors degree, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B environment with exposure to the US market.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
