Role & responsibilities
- Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative growth strategies, utilizing a combination of digital marketing, product optimization, and customer engagement techniques.
- Digital Campaign Management: Lead and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Growth Hacking Techniques: Use creative growth hacking techniques such as viral marketing, referral programs, A/B testing, user segmentation, and data analytics to accelerate business growth.
- SEO & SEM Optimization: Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and visibility. Manage SEM campaigns to maximize paid search ROI and lead generation.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance, optimize user acquisition, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Customer Retention Strategies: Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to develop and implement retention strategies, increasing lifetime value and reducing churn.
- Content Creation & Distribution: Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content (social media, blogs, videos, emails) that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work cross-functionally with design, content, product, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
- Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization: Focus on lead generation strategies, optimizing the entire marketing funnelfrom awareness to conversion and post-sale.
- Innovate and Stay Ahead: Stay on top of emerging trends in both digital marketing and growth hacking, continually bringing new ideas, tools, and strategies to the table.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or a related field.
- Proven success in creating and scaling growth strategies across digital channels.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, paid social media campaigns, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in using analytics and growth hacking tools
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with content creation, social media management, and engagement tactics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative, out-of-the-box thinking approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
