Construction Manager - Sewerage & Storm Water Network

We are looking for a Construction Manager - Sewerage network & Storm water network for our Project at, Amravati, Andhra Pradesh.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a focus on sewerage, stormwater, and related utilities, including RCC ducts for power and ICT systems. This role requires someone with extensive experience in integrated infrastructure projects, such as industrial parks, townships, SEZs, roads, airfields, and urban utilities. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of these utilities with the trunk infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of Sewerage and Storm Water Networks: Oversee and manage the execution of sewerage and stormwater networks, ensuring they are integrated with the overall project design and construction objectives.
• Infrastructure Coordination: Ensure that the sewerage and stormwater systems, including RCC ducts for power and ICT, are coordinated and integrated effectively with other utilities and trunk infrastructure.
• Project Management & Scheduling: Manage project timelines, resources, and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient completion of sewerage and stormwater infrastructure.
• Quality Control & Assurance: Maintain and enforce high standards of quality during all stages of construction, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, design specifications, and environmental standards.
• Budget & Cost Management: Monitor project costs, ensuring that the execution of sewerage and stormwater systems remains within budget, and manage payments and billing processes efficiently.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related sector is preferable.

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure development, specifically in sewerage, stormwater systems, and utilities integration for large-scale urban projects.
• Proven experience in the construction of projects such as industrial parks, townships, SEZs, roads, airfields, and urban utility networks (water, stormwater, power, and ICT ducts).
