Construction Manager

We are looking for a Construction Manager for our Project at, Amravati, Andhra Pradesh.

Job Title: Construction Manager / Resident Engineer cum Billing Manager

Oversee the successful delivery of integrated infrastructure development projects, including industrial parks, townships, SEZs, roads, airfields, utilities (such as water, wastewater, drainage, power distribution), and treatment plants (water and sewage). This role requires strong expertise in construction management, billing processes, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering and a proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construction Management: Oversee and manage all construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Project Supervision: Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and labor to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the construction work meets the prescribed quality standards and complies with the relevant safety norms and regulatory guidelines.
• Project Scheduling: Manage project timelines, utilizing PERT and CPM techniques, to ensure that milestones are met and the project is delivered on schedule.
• Billing & Documentation: Oversee the preparation and review of billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and managing payments for contractors and vendors.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of project management experience in the development of integrated infrastructure projects, including industrial parks, townships, SEZs, roads, airfields, utilities (water, wastewater, drainage, power distribution), and treatment plants (water and sewage).

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of PERT, CPM, and other project management techniques.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and standard construction tools.
