The candidate will be responsible for handling sale of various types of Yarns viz. Ring Spun & Vortex 100% Polyester, 100% Viscose, Blends of Polyester, Viscose in Turkey..
Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Metrics: Finalization of Sales plan and ensuring achievement of Sales plan.
2.Market Share Growth : Ensuring increase in market Share, Product Line Expansion.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Ability to retain existing customer, Growth in Sales from Key accounts, Effective partnership.
4. Product Visibility : Increasing visibility of the companys yarn products in target market.
5. Customer Feedback Obtaining Feedback from the customers regarding their experience and taking corrective action,
6. Collections Ensuring Timely receipt of payment from the customers
4. Technical Proficiency: Addressing quality issues and handling customer complain in co-ordination with the QC and technical team in plant. Strong Understanding of production processes and quality standards.
5. Learning apt language Skills: Majority of the customer communicate only in Turkish, should have the commitment of learning Language Verbal & written, Turkish business etiquettes and Cultural norms. Driving Skills is a must
