Required Qualification:
- MBA- Marketing / Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing with 70% marks (Regular) from recognised University.
- Any Graduation with 70% Marks (Preferably Diploma or BE - Textiles)
- Years of Experience: For Asst Manager - 8 to 12 years experience.
- For Sales Officer - 4 to 6 years experience.
- Age Band 25 Years To 35 Years
Other Specification:
- Any Gender
- Should be settled in Bengaluru or should be resident of Bengaluru.
- Should have stability of employment. Frequent Job hoppers may not be recommended.
- Should have sold products in Home Textiles, Medical, Hygiene, Woven and Non Woven Textiles Industry.
- Product Knowledge: Preferred, but not necessary.
Core Responsibilities Of The Position:
- Responsible for driving sales of Non Woven products.
- Building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales of our products in assigned territories.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new customer accounts.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our paper cup products, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with clients.
- Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery, collaborating with production and logistics teams as necessary.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales forecasts, pipeline, and customer feedback.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients, highlighting the advantages of our products.
Quantifiable Results (KRA) of the Position:
- Sales Revenue - To achieve at least 85% of Sales Target.
- New Customer Acquisition - 40% of new customers.
- Customer Retention Rate should be 95%.
- Customer Satisfaction - 100%.
