Senior Officer/Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing - Food Packaging/FMCG (4-6 yrs)

Core responsibilities for this position:

1. Responsible for driving sales of our paper cups, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales of paper cups in assigned territories.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and\ develop new customer accounts.

4. Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

5. Product Know\edge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our paper cup products, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with clients.

6. Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery, collaborating with production and logistics teams as necessary.

7. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales forecasts, pipeline, and customer feedback.

8. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients, highlighting the advantages of our products.
