Job Summary:

Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a full-time IT Business Analyst role within our organization.

Responsibilities:

During Training:

Participate in structured training sessions covering core business analysis concepts, IT systems, project management, and industry best practices.
Gain hands-on experience by working on simulated projects and case studies.
Learn to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and propose solutions.
Develop an understanding of IT systems, data analysis, and process optimization.
Upon Transition to IT Business Analyst Role:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for IT projects.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and achieve consensus among stakeholders.
Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development teams.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in resolving issues or discrepancies.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Provide ongoing support to business units, addressing inquiries and facilitating change requests.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and business analysis practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
