Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Description: We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst who will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, and supporting various sales-related applications where needed. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, particularly in supporting lead to opportunity flows in a B2B sales environment and Service cloud. This role involves working closely with sales ops, BDRs, and various IT teams, including Enterprise Data Management and Salesforce Developers.
Responsibilities:

• Work with clients and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
• Should have Experienced in a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle
• Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients.
• Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a clients business requirements and fulfill user stories.
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
• Participate in key meetings with clients and should have prior experience of working with them on-site including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
• Salesforce Admin Certification and one Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service, or Community).
• In this role, the analyst is expected to have exemplary communication and documentation skills.
• Constructs forecasts, recommendations, and document Business Related Document based on business data and Salesforce knowledge.

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience needs to be a minimum of 5 years in which a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and related CRM applications
• Knowledge of software development and system integration
• Knowledge of business processes and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to develop and implement process improvements.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and present ideas effectively.
• Experience in Real Estate companies is plus.
