Salesforce Business Analyst (Immediate Joiner)

1) Minimum 4 years experience in the IT industry.
2) Demonstrated ability to undertake business analysis within an Agile environment with experience in requirement elicitation, gathering, documentation and management.
3) Proven working experience in handling Salesforce or AI projetcs is good to have.
4) Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
5) Demonstrated functional and conceptual understanding of technical matters, as well as the proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications.
6) Demonstrated ability in creatively solve problems and try new approaches to achieve work outcomes, leveraging a strong analytical mindset.
7) Construct workflow charts and diagrams;
8) Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver technical and business reports and proposals for all levels
9) Detailed understanding and knowledge of the transactions sector is highly desirable
10)Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
11) Good knowledge in generating process documentation.
