Job Title: Salesforce Senior Business Analyst / Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Across India

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with industry experience and a minimum of an MBA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication and analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and design business processes aligned with industry best-in-class templates.
• Develop business capability maps and roadmaps.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions to improve business processes and drive efficiency.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Maintain the product backlog with user stories to cover development efforts for upcoming sprints.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Develop training materials and conduct training for end users.
• Stay current with Salesforce best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA institute.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices across clouds, including Salesforce Industries Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing and Automotive is preferred.
