Hiring For Salesforce Business Analyst

Must Have:

• Over 4 years of experience in translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Experience configuring Salesforce features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, reports).
• Support solution design and assist in testing (UAT).
• Provide post-implementation support and training.
• Identify areas for process improvement using Salesforce.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to improve processes and implement Salesforce functionality.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Core features (automation, workflows, reports).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and dashboards.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Ability to document business requirements clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Familiarity with Apex (Salesforce programming) or integrations.
• Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader

Good to Have:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
