Role: Salesforce Offerings Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Offerings Engineer to develop and maintain Salesforce assets, frameworks, and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product management, Salesforce solution expertise, cross-industry domain knowledge, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the Salesforce Assets & Frameworks development roadmap.
• Develop and deliver Salesforce solution demos to external stakeholders.
• Review feedback from stakeholders and partners to identify opportunities for new solution development.
• Lead initiatives across development for the offerings enhancements.
• Support branding/marketing initiatives to ensure proper positioning of the product/IP by:
• Participating in industry forums.
• Driving technical demos to showcase product/IP capabilities to potential clients.
• Working with commercial and delivery partners to ensure effective product positioning at various platforms and events.
• Creating collateral and marketing documents to share with potential clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams to manage the full asset/framework/tool lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Must Have: 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Demo/Solution Engineer/Techno-Functional Architect.
• Must Have: Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds and Ecosystem (both functional and technical).
• Nice to Have: MBA from a Tier 1 Institute.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
