We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the company.
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to, and delivering projects that meet quality standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring all project phases are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
Monitor and manage project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to address challenges or changes in requirements.
Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication between team members.
Assign and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring each individual has clear responsibilities and timelines. Resolve team conflicts, provide guidance, and ensure the team is working cohesively to meet project goals.
Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and contingency strategies to ensure the project stays on track. Monitor and assess risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Proactively address challenges and obstacles, ensuring timely and efficient problem resolution. Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are managed and that they are regularly updated on project status.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, progress reviews, and post-project evaluations, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project.
Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring expenditures. Track project costs and resource utilization, identifying opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements.
Ensure the project is adequately staffed with the necessary skills and resources to achieve success.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are in compliance with industry regulations, client specifications, and company policies. Oversee project documentation, ensuring all project-related documents are properly maintained and up to date.
Perform project audits to ensure the project meets the required standards and is completed successfully.
Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular status reports to senior management, highlighting project progress, risks, and milestones.
Maintain accurate project records, including timelines, budgets, team communication, and deliverable quality. Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing successful projects. Experience in managing projects across various industries (e.g., IT, construction, healthcare, etc.) is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid. Strong knowledge of project management principles, including risk management, resource management, and cost control.
Certifications (Optional but Preferred): PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other relevant project management certifications.
Agile or Scrum certifications are a plus.Personal Attributes: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing project requirements and challenges. High level of professionalism and a results-driven mindset, focused on achieving project success and client satisfaction.
