We are seeking an experienced Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic vision,development, and execution of a product. As a key member of our team, you will drive innovation, leada 5itb product team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality features that exceed customerexpectations.

You will partner deeply with the respective stakeholders across the company tounderstand the customers, current product landscape, operational needs, and business goals to achieveoutcomes and deliver value. You will support team members responsible for the entire life cyclemanagement of the product, including purpose, definition, design, planning, development, prototypingand testing. Design thinking methodology is at the center of all you do, ensuring customer centricity isyour core so that you deliver the right value to the right customer at the right time. -

This role is responsible for driving strategy, roadmaps and solutions to achieve outcomes and delivervalue. -

It requires strong relationship management and influencing skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver on commitments. -

Leads and develops product strategy for the entire life cycle management of the product, includingpurpose, definition, design, planning, development, prototyping and testing. Applies design thinkingtechniques (e.g., user journeys, wire-framing, prototyping) in order to define product features; developsthe roadmap based on effort sizing and overall value to the business. -

Evaluate current product state to identify opportunities through customer needs, product analysis,digital data and stakeholder conversations. -

Connect the roadmap to specific value drivers that contribute to department P&L, (e.g. opening up anew business revenue stream) and to the program vision, strategy, and roadmap - Keep a close pulse on the voice of the customer, identify insights and propose solutions to addressproblems and maximize latest opportunities

Required Qualifications

5+ years Product Management experience, owning enterprise-scale products/capabilities 3+ years in healthcare and/or insurance High technology acumen 5+ years experience problem solving and consulting within complex environments 5+ years experience facilitating cross-functional teams efforts

Clear and concise oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills 3+ years experience working in an agile environment and leading decentralized teams Ability to make informed decisions in a high-pressure environment

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumerexperiences Ability to travel up to 4-6x per year

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management and/or Healthcare 1+ years of mentoring and coaching colleagues Education Bachelor s Degree or Relevant Experience Will accept 2 years experience per 1 year college plus required years of product managementexperience
