Role & responsibilities
1 Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
2 Take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiative
3 Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
4 Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
5 Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
6 Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups of all IT Infrastructure Systems
7 Running regular checks on network and data security
8 Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
9 Managing the end to end software development process for any new applications or change to existing systems
10 Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation
11 Designing training programs and workshops for staff
12 Conducting regular system audits
13 Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
14 Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
15 Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
16 Providing direction for IT team members
17 Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
18 Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions
19 Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutions
20 Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement
21 Prepare costbenefit analyses when upgrades are necessary, and monitor vendors to ensure that theyre offering the best-possible service and value for business needs
22 Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed
23 Support multiple Manufacturing facilities and Shopfloor
24 Network Storage systems and Cloud Storage
25 Server deployments and network deployment
27 Configuration of network switches, Access Points, VPN Applicance and Servers
28 Designing, setting up and managing a network.
29 IT Audits - IATF, OSHAS EMS, Tisax
Skills :-
* Good verbal & written communication
* Presentation skill
* Negotiation skill
* Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows operating systems, installation and
upgrades, and troubleshooting.
* Networking: Understanding of Basic networking concepts like WAN, LAN, WiFi,
DNS, Firewall and troubleshooting the issues related to network.
* Hardware: Experience with computer and Laptop hardware components,
including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
* Cloud Services: Understanding of cloud computing services such as Cloud
Printing, Azure administration.
* Security: Awareness of cybersecurity principles and practices, including
vulnerabilities and their remediation.
* Technical Support Tools: Working knowledge of MS Teams, Azure Tools,
Office365 Suites, SharePoint and TeamViewer for remote support. Knowledge
of Ticketing System and ability to manage and update requests efficiently.
