Job Description
- Initiate outbound calls to potential international clients based on provided lists.

- Work under targets and contribute to the overall goals of the organization.
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in telecalling or sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient in conducting market research and understanding customer needs.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to adapt to different cultural settings.

I visited for an interview and found the office ambience very pleasing, though the office assistant didn't offer me coffee. Despite being shortlisted in the first round, I didn't proceed to the second round. However, the positive atmosphere and enthusiastic staff left a lasting impression. Though not successful this time, i aspire to join this company in the future.
The in all office experience is great and everything is in order only the communication between department can be improved.
