Description:
1. Good with customer handling
2. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
3. Overseeing the Customer service process
4. Actively resolving inbound chat/email queries of customers
5. Proficient with problem solving ability
6. Handling Escalations
Working days: 5 days + one extra saturday in a month
Working hours: 9 hours Work from office (9am to 6pm)
Location-Gurugram,Badarpur,Faridabad,Delhi, Okhla, Kalkaji, Mohan Estate, Sarita Vihar
