Key Responsibilities:
1. P&L Management:
Oversee the entire sales and operational aspects for Mumbai city.
Ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness while achieving the Annual Operating
Plan (AOP) revenue targets.
Manage relationships with large B2B customers, ensuring service excellence and
consistent growth.
2. Sales Leadership:
Drive the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing and
executing effective sales strategies.
Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, channels, and
geographies.
Maintain a customer-first approach to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and
long-term partnerships.
3. Revenue Planning & Strategy:
Develop and implement revenue planning strategies that align with overall
business objectives.
Leverage data analytics to forecast demand, assess market opportunities, and
optimize revenue streams.
4. Operations Excellence:
Lead and optimize operational processes to ensure the seamless execution of
services, meeting the high demands of urban mobility solutions.
Ensure operational scalability to support the growing needs of the business and
clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and streamline sales and
operations processes.5. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize robust analytics tools to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
Implement strategies to drive informed decision-making, focusing on key metrics
and performance indicators.
6. Digital Transformation & Technology Integration:
Lead the adoption of new technologies (e.g., Salesforce) within the sales and
operations teams.
Ensure smooth digital transformation with minimal disruption to business
processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
7. Team Leadership & Development:
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and operations teams.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within
the city team.
Provide training and development opportunities to ensure teams are equipped
with the necessary skills to meet business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in P&L management and leading city-level operations, preferably in a
mobility, transportation, or technology-driven environment.
Strong background in B2B sales, with a track record of managing complex sales
processes and exceeding revenue targets.
Expertise in revenue planning, operations management, and business strategy.
Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools to drive data-driven
decisions.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, with a focus on implementing and
managing digital transformations.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and scale teams effectively.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous
improvement and innovation.
