About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented City Head to lead our Sales and
Operations in Mumbai. This critical role will have full P&L responsibility for the
Mumbai operations, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and strategic
expansion. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a strong background in
B2B sales, operations management, and a passion for leveraging technology to
enhance urban mobility solutions. You will be instrumental in building and scaling
our presence in Mumbai, working closely with large B2B clients to deliver seamless
and innovative travel and transportation experiences. Key Responsibilities:
P&L Management:
1. Own and manage the P&L for the Mumbai operations, ensuring profitability and
cost-effectiveness. 2. Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
revenue targets. 3. Cultivate and manage relationships with large B2B customers, ensuring service
excellence and driving consistent growth. Revenue Planning & Strategy:
1. Develop and implement data-driven revenue planning strategies aligned with
overall business objectives.
2. Analyze market trends, forecast demand, and identify opportunities to optimize
revenue streams. Operations Excellence:
1. Lead and optimize operational processes to ensure seamless service delivery and
meet the high demands of urban mobility solutions.
2. Implement scalable operational strategies to support business growth and client
needs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and streamline sales and
operations processes. Data-Driven Decision Making:
1. Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to extract actionable insights from
large datasets.
2. Implement data-driven strategies to inform decision-making and track key
performance indicators (KPIs).
Digital Transformation & Technology Integration:
1. Champion the adoption of new technologies (e.g., Salesforce) within the sales and
operations teams.
2. Lead the digital transformation process, ensuring minimal disruption and
maximizing efficiency gains. Team Leadership & Development:
1. Build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and operations teams in Mumbai. 2. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 3. Provide training and development opportunities to empower teams to achieve
business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in P&L management and leading city-level operations, ideally in a mobility, transportation, logistics, or technology-driven industry. Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a track record of managing complex sales processes
and exceeding revenue goals. Strong expertise in revenue planning, operations management, and business strategy
development. Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools to drive data-informed decisions. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and a focus on implementing and managing
digital transformations. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, mentor, and scale teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
