Customer Care Executive - International Calling

E-commerce Industry - Amazon/Flipkart or relevant platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and professional customer support to international customers via various channels (email, chat, phone).
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, including order tracking, returns/exchanges, billing issues, and product information.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to higher levels of support.
• Proactively identify and address customer concerns and proactively suggest solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., customer satisfaction, resolution time, first call resolution).
• 2+ years of experience in customer support within an E-commerce or related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [List of languages required - e.g., Fluent English].
