Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for answering customer queries through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat.
• Help customer troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and find solution to their concern.
• Explain or educate the customer about product & services to assist the customers in making the decision.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including the nature of inquire, action taken, and resolution provided.
• Ensuing that all customer service interaction adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standard is important.
• Follow up with the customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume interactions.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to understand customers issue and point of view and answering his queries accordingly
• Additional language skills would be an advantage
