Associate - Logistics NDR Calling (Male Only)

The NDR Calling Team Member is responsible for handling calls related to non-delivery reports, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring successful redelivery. This role involves communicating with customers, updating delivery information, and coordinating with courier partners to address and rectify non-delivery problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Contact customers to inform them about non-delivery reports and gather additional delivery information.
• Issue Resolution: Identify the reasons for non-delivery and provide solutions to ensure successful redelivery.
• Data Entry: Accurately update customer records and delivery statuses in the system.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm successful redelivery or to gather further information if initial attempts fail.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to address delivery issues and implement corrective actions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all interactions and actions taken to resolve non-delivery issues.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on non-delivery incidents, resolutions, and trends to supervisors.
• Logistics Knowledge: Understanding 3PL operations, inventory, transportation, and warehouse management.
• Customer Support: Excellent communication, problem-solving, relationship management, and empathy.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
• Organizational Skills: Multi-tasking, attention to detail, prioritization, and project management.
• Interpersonal Skills: Team collaboration.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Previous experience of working with a Courier partner / Logistics call center.
• Familiarity with delivery and logistics processes is advantageous.
