Responsible for answering customer queries through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat.
Help customer troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and find solution to their concern. • Explain or educate the customer about product & services to assist the customers in making the decision.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including the nature of inquire, action taken, and resolution provided.
Ensuing that all customer service interaction adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standard is important.
Follow up with the customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with excellent fluency in English and Hindi, Additional language skills would be a plus Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Support
Knowledge of Customer Support tools, ORM and chat tools
Comfortable to work in dynamic environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to understand customers issue and point of view and answering his queries accordingly Self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn new skills in an Ever-changing environment Good presentation skills.
