Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Pharmacist- Sales to assist customers in managing their diabetes through expert consultation and personalized solutions. The role involves promoting the adoption of in-house alternatives to branded medications, educating customers on their benefits, and driving sales conversions. The ideal candidate will combine pharmaceutical expertise with persuasive communication skills to meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement and Consultation:

• Assist and consult customers on diabetes-related medications, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
• Educate customers about the benefits of in-house alternatives over branded medications, focusing on efficacy, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Address customer questions, concerns and provide a clear, evidence-based explanations for switching to in-house alternatives tailored to their needs.

2. Sales and Conversion:

• Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries from potential customers to understand their requirement.
• Use persuasive communication techniques to drive conversions from branded to in-house alternatives.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets by building trust through effective engagement strategies.

3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, consultations, and follow-ups in the CRM systems.
• Track customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and service delivery.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist, preferably with a background in sales or customer consultation.
• Should be Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or Diploma of Pharmacy (D.Pharma).
• Active Pharmacist License is a must
• Strong knowledge of diabetes medications, treatment protocols, and related health products is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
