THE ZORA is a luxurious and modern habitat center located at the heart of Delhi, inside the iconic JLN Stadium. Designed by renowned architect Walid Baz, THE ZORA an unmatched experience in hospitality, banquets, and event spaces. We are seeking a talented Associate Sales to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued growth of the brand.


Role Overview
The Associate Sales will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing
new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy. This individual will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the leadership team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales & Client Acquisition

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality and events space.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and
other partners.


2. Business Development

Develop and execute strategies to increase sales across multiple business verticals,
including banquets, events, and hospitality services.
Participate in sales presentations, negations, and closing deals with potential
clients.


3. Account Management

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing personalized service and timely
follow-ups.
Handle client requirements for events, ensuring flawless execution and repeat
business.


4. Market Research & Insights

Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
to drive competitive advantage.
Provide inputs on pricing, packages, and promotional strategies.

5. Sales Reporting

Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to the Director
of Sales and CEO.
Track key metrics and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
