Presales Solution Engineer (AI/ML)

We are looking for talented Solution Engineers/Analysts with 4-5 years of experience to join our AI/ML solutioning team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the US sales team to create proposals, respond to RFXs, and analyze client requirements for Innodata solutions.
• Provide platform demonstrations to potential clients and support technical discussions.
• Draft and review Statements of Work (SOW), Master Service Agreements (MSA), and coordinate the legal approval process.
• Prepare and deliver high-value presentations related to the solution.
• Engage with clients in a consultative manner to understand their needs and propose tailored AI/ML solutions.
• Contribute to the evaluation of GenAI models and participate in red teaming exercises to ensure the robustness of AI/ML solutions.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients, with a focus on clear and concise presentations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience in a Solution Engineer/Analyst role, preferably with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI data collection, data annotation, GenAI model evaluation, and red teaming.
• Proficiency in creating proposals, responding to RFXs, drafting SOWs and MSAs, and supporting legal approval processes.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with a proven ability to engage with clients and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in India, with flexibility to work in US time zones for client calls.
