Senior Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospects and sales teams to understand their needs, pain points, and business challenges.

- Conduct specialized product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our solutions can address customer requirements.

- Manage the implementation of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the effectiveness of our products.

- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, practice, and platform teams to design and package customized solutions.

- Assist in creating proposals (RFI, RFP, RFQ) with a focus on core technical solutions and differentiation.

- Maintain knowledge of product features and updates to offer off-the-shelf solutions to prospects.

- Create testimonials, case studies, and explainer videos to showcase our products and services.

- Align product roadmap with product owners and platform teams to meet customer commitments.

- Ensure successful execution of sold solutions with 100% fulfillment and zero deviations.

- Provide day-0 readiness support, risk mitigation, and post-implementation handover to service delivery teams.

Qualifications:

- Management graduate in Marketing/ Operations/ Strategy or equivalent experience.

- 6+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Edtech business.

- Strong understanding of technical solutions and the ability to address technical questions and concerns.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proven track record of designing and delivering customized solutions to meet customer needs.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Project management skills and attention to detail.

- Technology background will be an added advantage.
