Job Responsibilities :
- Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated
- Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals
- Manage the multiple positions at a time and deliver the position in given timeline.
- Support recruitment team whenever needed.
- Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media, and any other relevant channels.
- Manage the full life cycle of recruitment process from sourcing to offering
- Analyze and interpret current recruitment trends to best tailor search approach
- Manage candidate experience to ensure positive candidate outcomes.
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
- Make sure the company's hiring processes are fit for the stage and needs of the business Allocation of open requisitions among the team and keep monitor the deliverables.
- Prepare by-weekly recruitment report.
