Roles and responsibilities

• Responsible for implementation, development and support activities for SAP PS module on SAP S/4 HANA
• Lead and manage a global team of consultants and vendors.
• Elicit, define, analyze and document the business requirements.
• Map business requirements and provide solutions along with configuration and functional specifications and other required documentation.
• Lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing ones.
• Prepare and conduct Unit/ Integration Testing, Regression Testing and coordinate with end users for UAT.
• Provide oversight, guidance and feedback on vendor execution and delivery; ensure that there is appropriate alignment between solution design and delivery.
• Ensure services are delivered with requisite quality, within schedule and budget.
• Drive internal and vendor teams to achieve process Sproductivity and quality targets within the agreed timelines.
• Design and carry out training programs for Key Users and ensure 100% knowledge transfer.
• Prepare training documentation and e-learning tools.
• Participate in process assessments to measure effectiveness and address any identified gaps in business process mapping / functionalities.
  
  

Expected experience, skill sets and abilities

• A minimum of 10+ years overall hands-on experience with the SAP PS module.
• Proficiency in integration of PS with FI, CO, MM, SD & PP modules.
• Experience with either end to end implementation/ roll-outs and/ or support.
• An analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving mindset. The ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment in a highly collaborative way at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent English communication along with presentation, moderation and business-partnering skills.
• The ability to work within a highly distributed team environment, multi-task and prioritise tasks.
• A performance-driven mindset, with strong work ethics and integrity.

Ideally, youll also have:

• The relevant SAP certification/s.
• The experience of working in a multinational organization and/or a big consultancy.
• Working experience with European clients.
• The willingness to work partly or fully during European office hours (CET).
• The willingness to learn about new technologies when the need arises.
