Roles and responsibilities

Lead and manage the activities for the module independently.

Create training content creation and conduct training.

Expected experience, skill sets and abilities

• A minimum of 10-12 years of total experience in SAP FI (experience working with life sciences industry and carve-outs is preferable).
• Should have 10-12 years of total experience in SAP FI.
• Excellent end to end functional knowledge on Finance business processes, features and functionalities incl. integration with related modules and functionalities such as Costing, Sales, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Supply-Chain.
• Minimum of 1-2 end to end full cycle implementation, rollouts or carve out experience.
• Strong presentation and delivery skills for conducting workshops for requirement gathering, fit gap and training.
• Demonstrated experience in hands on configuration and development of the FI module for GL/New GL, AR, AP, Bank Accounting, Asset Management, Vendor invoice management, SAP e-document solution, DMEE, Legal/country specific requirements including international VAT/tax topics, Financial reporting including standard and custom reports.
• Thorough understanding of Master Data objects related to Finance.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements GxP CSV and its implications on SAP implementations
• Knowledge of Documentation and validation processes to maintain compliance standards, e.g. project documentation and testing.
• Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Agile).
• Familiarity with data migration and interface migration.
• Expert in testing and test issues resolution.
• Training content creation and conducting training.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ABAP knowledge to debug and identify any interrelated issues.
• Excellent English communication along with presentation, moderation, and business-partnering skills.
• The ability to work within a highly distributed team environment, multi-task, and prioritize tasks.
• A performance-driven mindset, with strong work ethics and integrity.

Ideally, youll also have:

• A Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT, Business or related field.
• Experience of working with Solution manager, ChaRM, Transport Management.
• The relevant SAP certification/s.
• Experience working in a multinational organization and/or a big consultancy.
• Working experience with European clients.
• Willingness to work partly or fully during European office hours (CET).
• Willingness to learn about new technologies when the need arises.
