Roles and responsibilities

• Rresponsible for the implementation, development and support activities of SAPs PS module on SAP S/4 HANA.
• Oversee end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrades or enhancement projects within a pharmaceutical context.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines and resource allocations.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements and SAP best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact between IT, business units and external vendors.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Oversee documentation and validation processes to maintain compliance standards, e.g. project documentation and testing.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers and business analysts.
• Assign tasks, manage priorities, and monitor team performance.
• Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts within the team.

Expected experience, skill sets and abilities

• Understanding of regulatory requirements GxP & CSV and how they affect SAP implementations.
• A broad understanding of pharmaceutical specifics in business processes like SD, MM, PP, QM.
• A good understanding of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, or SAP EWM).
• Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Agile).
• Familiarity with data migration and interface migration.
• Excellent English communication along with presentation, moderation, and business-partnering skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work within a highly distributed team environment, multi-task and prioritise tasks.
• A performance-driven mindset, with strong work ethics and integrity.

Ideally, youll also have:

• A Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
• The relevant SAP certification/s.
• Experience working in a multinational organization and/or a big consultancy.
• Working experience with European clients.
• Willingness to work partly or fully during European office hours (CET).
• Willingness to learn about new technologies when the need arises.
