Roles and responsibilities

• Lead and manage the activities for the module independently.
• Create t raining content creation and conduct training.

Expected experience, skill sets and abilities

A minimum of 10-12 years of total experience in SAP PP/QM (experience working with life sciences industry and carve-outs is preferable).

Excellent end to end functional knowledge on Production Quality business processes, features and functionalities including integration with related modules and functionalities such as Finance, Costing, Sales, Procurement, Supply-Chain and Warehousing.

A minimum of 1-2 end-to-end full cycle implementations, rollouts or carve out experience.

Strong presentation and delivery skills for conducting workshops for requirement gathering, fit gap and training.

Demonstrated experience in hands on configuration and development of the PP/PI module for MTO, MTS processes, MRP, Production/Process Order, Scheduling , PP Shop Floor Control activities a nd QM module for Inspection Plans/ MIC, DMR, Quality levels, Stability study, QM notifications, Batch Management, Serial management, LIMS, Standard and custom Reporting.

Demonstrate expert knowledge on Output/Printing Forms for PP activities.

Thorough understanding of Master Data objects related to PP QM modules BOM, Routing /Recipe, Work Centre, PSA, Control cycles etc.

Understanding of regulatory requirements GxP CSV and its implications on SAP implementations.

Knowledge of Documentation and validation processes to maintain compliance standards, e.g. project documentation and testing.

Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Agile).

Familiarity with data migration and interface migration.

Expert in testing and test issues resolution.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

ABAP knowledge to debug and identify any interrelated issues.

Excellent English communication along with presentation, moderation, and business-partnering skills.

The ability to work within a highly distributed team environment, multi-task, and prioritize tasks.

A performance-driven mindset, with strong work ethics and integrity.

Ideally, youll also have:

• A Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT, Business or related field.
• Experience of working with Solution manager, ChaRM, Transport Management.
• The relevant SAP certification/s.
• Experience working in a multinational organization and/or a big consultancy.
• Working experience with European clients.
• Willingness to work partly or fully during European office hours (CET).
• Willingness to learn about new technologies when the need arises.
