Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as patient access, coding, and revenue cycle management to resolve complex billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including denial management and appeal procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
