Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
  
• Identify and address denials by researching root causes, appealing denied claims, and ensuring timely resolution.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize revenue cycle management processes.
  
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with physicians, patients, and insurance companies.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
