AR - Caller

Selection Criteria

1. Should have overall experience of 1 year to 4 years of RCMS Experience
2. Good analytical skills required.
3. Good communication skills
4. Should be flexible to work from office.

Candidate should have basic understanding of
1 Claim form 1500
2 Physician, Medical RCM Background
3 Provider side
4 Coding tools CCI, MCKesson
5 Specialties - Ex: Cardiology, radiology, gastro, peds, ortho, medicine, emergency medicine, surgery etc.,
6 Clearing houses like way star, ecommerce etc.,
7 CPT range & Modifiers
8 Should be voice based only
9 DME & Claim adjudication will not come under Physician AR
10 Domain on overpayment alone will not qualify for L2 screening
11 Domain on Hospital AR will not qualify for Physician AR but can route the candidate to Hospital AR hiring

Role Definition

Primary responsibility of a Sr. Consultant would be achieving daily KRAs assigned to him / her not limited to following -
1. Production - Review of claims to liquidate and resolve outstanding AR or denials.
2. Quality - Complete production with minimal deviation or
3. TOS - Need to adhere to shift schedule, productive time on system.

Good Communication Skills with Graduate and 1yr experience.
