Payment Posting:
Post payments received from insurance companies.
Reconcile payment postings to ensure accuracy.
Identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claim status, appeals, and payment information.
Document all communication with insurance companies.
Performance Metrics:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as denial rates, days in accounts receivable, and recovery rates.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
