Accounts Receivable Caller (1-4 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Claims Follow-Up

- Claims Processing

- Denial Management

- Patient Communication

- Documentation and Reporting

- Compliance

- Customer Service

- Should have experience in Denial Management. It is a Voice process and Night shift. The Shift timing will be around 6.30 pm to 3.30 AM.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of medical billing and coding (CPT, ICD, HCPCS codes).
