Executive AR Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve patient billing issues, negotiate payments, and collect outstanding balances.
• Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize write-offs and improve revenue cycle efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex medical billing discrepancies and ensure accurate coding compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the US healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., HIPAA).
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with patients over phone calls.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity targets.
