Indkal Technologies - Area Sales Manager (3-8 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Driving sales through distributors and direct dealers across designated geographies for consumer electronics like Washing machines, ACs, Refrigerators, Televisions.

- Expanding business by identifying market opportunities and launching new products.

- Ensuring distribution coverage across critical towns, filling gaps in the network by onboarding distributors and dealers.

- Managing and mentoring a team to implement action plans, enhancing zone-wise performance.

- Optimizing inventory and stock planning in collaboration with supply chain managers.

Requirements:

- MBA with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

- Fluency in the local language with a willingness to travel extensively.

- Proven track record in driving sales and managing distribution channels.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvements.
