Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand guardian and ensure that all products, services and customer experiences resonate with the brand strategy & positioning with the aim to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and competition.
- Coordinate with internal teams of marketing, product development, finance, etc. to ensure every aspect of brand strategy is being followed while keeping in mind future market opportunities.
- Coordinate with external marketing and advertisement agencies to make sure that brand guidelines are being followed through all communication.
- Lead new product launches, marketing campaigns and execute brand strategies with the aim to increase engagement with the target market and foster brand loyalty.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators to assess the impact of brand strategies and optimise based on insights.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Proven experience in managing 360-degree brand campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making abilities.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Familiarity with consumer goods, electronic appliances is a plus.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Master's degree in marketing or related field
- 10-12 years of experience in marketing
- General brand management experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite
