Key Responsibility Areas:

• Partner with employees and leadership to implement policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote workforce
• Provide guidance and coaching to employees on employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, career development, talent assessment and retention
• Assist in the planning and implementation of key organizational/HR initiatives
• Collaborate with HR Business partners and business teams to execute programs in a timely and effective manner
