About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Business Development Manager to join our team in Indore.
- In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (e, online platforms, networking events, cold calling).
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Draft compelling business proposals and IT bids for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in IT Business Development or Sales.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Other Skills:
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies is preferred
